PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training is great for those with busy schedules, enjoy an individualized experience, or want to perfect a skill. With private training you are able to schedule sessions directly with Coach Nicole that fit your schedule. She'll provide you with the support you need to perform exercises correctly and safely. This type of training is also a great way to develop a personal relationship with a coach to achieve your goals together.

Nicole offers private training for individuals and/or small groups (2-5). Getting in shape is easy and can be very affordable with friends who’ll support you and keep you on track. Call your friends or co-workers and prepare for the best workout you’ve ever had. Who said fitness can’t be fun?

Sessions typically last an hour in duration and are completely tailored to you & your fitness goals. Whether you are looking to keep up with your kids, stay healthy, start moving again, or looking to compete - Nicole is happy to work with you and aid you in accomplishing that goal & then some.

Nicole has experience working with a wide range of athletes and abilities. Below are just a few of the demographics the Nicole has experience working with:
